In Honor of World Mental Health Day
Dr. Lauren Cook presents:
The Hearth Conference
Virtually Connecting the Head and Heart Together in Community
Let’s have a fireside chat.
We would love to welcome you to sit by the (virtual) hearth and dedicate a day to your mental health.
Get your fuzzy socks, brew a cup of tea, and learn from some amazing therapists, healers, and mental health advocates as we foster a sense of wellbeing.
While this is a virtual conference that launched in honor of World Mental Health Day, you can watch on your own pace, at your own time.
And a special bonus? We’re donating a percentage of sales
to an organization that’s near and dear to our hearts:

I’ve got questions. Let’s talk more!
+ Do I have to be present on World Mental Health Day for the conference?
We'd love to have you join us for World Mental Health Day but you don’t need to be there that day if you’re not available. Depending on what tier ticket you purchase, you’ll have access for one month or for a lifetime so that you can watch the videos and download the handouts whenever you like.
+ Who is this conference for?
Everyone! Mental health is something that is part of each of our lives so we believe everyone can benefit. We’ve got so many amazing speakers so you can pick and choose which topics are most relevant to you.
+ How long will it be?
It can take as long as you’d like it to! Each video is between 10 to 30 minutes so it’s up to you if you’d like to watch several in one day or if you’d like to watch one per week for the next year. With each ticket option, you can choose how long you'd like to have access. That’s the beauty of this conference--it’s on your time and from the comfort of your own home.
+ Is there a way that students and employees can participate?
Yes! We offer a package ticketing, just fill out this form and we’ll be in touch so that your group can join us!
+ What if I become activated by the content shared during the conference?
It can be common that we get triggered by mental health-related topics. Please take care of yourself. Drink some water, take some deep breaths, and if you need to talk to someone, please call the National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255. If you are concerned about your safety, you can call 911 and go to your nearest emergency room.
+Does the conference offer therapy?
While many of our speakers are therapists, this conference is not offering therapy. You’ll be provided with mental health tools, tips, and ideas to foster your wellbeing but it does not serve as professional therapy services.
+How can I get connected to a therapist?
If you’re interested in starting therapy, we recommend going to PsychologyToday.com to find a therapist near you.
