Episode 8: Alex Blain, Human Capital Manager for the U.S. Army

I had the pleasure of connecting with Alex Blain after he heard my episode with Ryan Armstrong. Upon hearing his story with the Army (he’s had over 20 years of service!), I knew I had to share his story. Alex’s evolving journey will inspire you to think about how your own career path may evolve, even when others may be skeptical of it. Alex speaks to the power of community and how important it is for colleagues to become more than just our fellow employees. I can’t wait for you to hear Alex’s story…I have not doubt that it will help you write the next chapter of your own story.
